We are seeking an Executive Recruiter role in Woodbridge, New Jersey is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join their organization on a fulltime basis. As a Full Desk Executive Recruiter, you’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement. This role blends sales, relationship management, and talent acquisition, giving you the opportunity to build a thriving book of business while helping companies secure top-tier leadership and professional talent.

You’ll drive revenue by developing strong client partnerships, understanding hiring needs, sourcing high-quality candidates, and delivering a best-in-class recruiting experience for both clients and candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development / Sales

  • Develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding business needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, fees, and placement agreements.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of active and prospective clients to achieve revenue goals.

Recruiting / Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and interview executive-level and professional candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events).
  • Match qualified candidates to client requirements and manage the interview and hiring process.
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles with detailed assessments and insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful placements and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM/ATS systems.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales (experience in executive search or professional staffing highly preferred).
  • Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
