We’re currently hiring 4 detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to provide temporary support for a large-scale data project. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, excel in fast-paced environments, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Duration: Now through end of the year

• Positions Available: 4

What You’ll Do:

• Enter, update, and maintain data across various systems with speed and accuracy

• Work with Excel to organize, format, and verify information

• Perform basic data management tasks to ensure clean and consistent records

• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data or resolve discrepancies

• Support the team in meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail — you catch the small errors others might miss

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formatting)

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Basic understanding of data organization and file management
