Commercial Real Estate Investment Associate

Our client, A well-capitalized commercial real estate investment firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team. This position will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions and dispositions across various deal sizes and asset types
• Build and maintain financial models and investment analyses
• Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution
• Work closely with senior team members across sourcing, closing, and asset strategy
• Participate in all phases of the investment process in a hands-on role

Requirements

• 2+ years in commercial real estate analysis or related field
• Proficiency in ARGUS and Excel
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and underwriting skills
• Self-motivated with interest in long-term growth at a small investment platform
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, business, and/or related field)
