A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Grants Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of government-funded contracts. This role is responsible for end-to-end grant billing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and compliance across a portfolio exceeding $90M in annual funding. The position supervises a team of 3 grant accountants and serves as a key financial partner to program leadership and external funders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive nonprofit grant accounting experience
• Experience managing large grant portfolios
• Strong knowledge of city-funded grants
• Knowledge of SFS and PASSPort preferred
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFs)
