We are seeking a polished Bilingual Client Services Associate for our client.

This is a highly dynamic environment and they are seeking a detail oriented candidate with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

Supporting portfolio managers you will Interact with internal/external parties regarding client pre-screening, fund subscriptions, due diligence, documentation, and compliance.

Communicate with prospective, new, and existing clients.

Address client inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and respond to other requests.

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Coordinate with internal groups such as Portfolio Management, Operations, Financial Advisory, Administration, and Accounting.

Qualifications

Degree in Business or finance

2+ years of experience in Client Services or similar roles

Fluent in English and Spanish

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
