Seeking a Fixed Income Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades within the fixed income markets on behalf of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of fixed income securities, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Execute fixed income trades accurately and efficiently in accordance with client instructions.

· Monitor market conditions and trends to identify trading opportunities and risks.

· Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties to ensure optimal execution quality and pricing.

· Stay informed about relevant regulatory changes and industry developments affecting fixed income markets.

· Provide timely and accurate trade confirmations and settlement instructions to clients.

· Assist in the development and implementation of trading strategies to achieve client objectives and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

· 3 + years of experience in fixed income trading, with a focus on execution only trading preferred.

· Strong understanding of fixed income products, including bonds, treasuries, and derivatives.

· Proficiency in trading platforms and order management systems.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must hold a FINRA series 7 license

· Must be bilingual English and Portuguese
