The ideal professional will possess 3+ years of dedicated experience in retail banking or cash handling, along with full fluency in English and Spanish to effectively serve a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to incoming and existing clients while resolving inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers in accordance with operational standards.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by actively participating in sales initiatives and lead generation.
• Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations and security procedures to ensure the safety of branch assets and client data.
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting to support branch goals and assist management with daily operations.
• Engage in consultative conversations to recommend appropriate financial products and services that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual with the ability to read, write, and speak professionally in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of relevant experience within a retail banking or high volume cash handling environment.
• Proven track record of understanding sales techniques and meeting performance metrics.
• High school diploma or an equivalent level of education is required.
• Strong proficiency with general office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client first mentality.
• Compensation will consumerate with experience.
