Title: Help Desk Specialist / IT Support Technician

Location: Downtown Miami, on-site

6-12+ month contract

MUST speak spanish

 

We’re seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and network systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping users, and keeping IT operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 & 2 support via phone, email, or ticketing system.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.

  • Support user account management (Active Directory, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Maintain and configure systems, software, and cloud tools including Office 365 and VPNs.

  • Educate users on IT best practices and assist with data security and compliance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).

  • Familiar with platforms such as Azure, and Intune.

  • Experience using ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.

  • Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

  • Experience with enterprise tools (Salesforce, MDM, IAM platforms).
