Financial Accounting Manager

Responsibillities

• Hands-on position assisting with AP, AR, Month-End Close, Financial Analysis, etc.
• Heavy account reconciliations
• Create and deliver financial reports to company leadership
• Communicate in Spanish with overseas vendors, clients, partners 
• Assist Controller and VP of Finance with P&L Analysis
• Assist in managing 3 to 4 direct reports within Accounting Dept.

Requirements

• BA in Accounting required
• 5 to 10+ years accounting experience 
• Logistics/Cargo industry (sea, land, or air) required
• Advanced Excel experience (macros, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) required
• Ability to work 100% In-Office (North Miami, Miramar) 5 days/week
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
