Accounts Payable Processor (Onsite - South Miami)

Location: South Miami, FL

Schedule: Onsite | Full-Time

Available Shifts:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established residential property management company seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join their South Miami corporate office. This is a full time, onsite role within a professional office environment known for its collaborative team, positive culture, and long term stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle accounts payable processing, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment execution
  • Accurately enter and manage vendor invoices using Yardi or Sage accounting software
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized, compliant, and audit ready AP records
  • Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and internal accounting teams
  • Support month end close and accounting reporting as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with a high level of accuracy

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience, including full cycle AP
  • Prior experience in property management or real estate accounting preferred
  • Experience with Yardi or Sage strongly preferred
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and capable of multi tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
