We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Management Coordinator to support a corporate Human Resources department in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on data analysis, risk tracking, insurance support, and reporting functions within a structured, compliance-driven environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly proficient in Excel, and comfortable working with large data sets and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and maintain risk management data, ensuring accuracy and integrity

  • Support insurance-related processes including claims tracking and documentation

  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and statistical analyses for leadership review

  • Assist with enterprise risk management initiatives and compliance reporting

  • Maintain organized records related to insurance, claims, and internal risk assessments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, risk management, insurance administration, accounting, or related field

  • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools)
