Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Hialeah Gardens, FL (Onsite)

We are seeking a Senior Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Hialeah Gardens. This role will serve as the primary accounting professional for the organization, reporting directly to executive leadership while collaborating with an external accounting firm that provides controller-level support. The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle accounting experience, is highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll, and inventory.
• Process customer invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Prepare and produce monthly financial statements and supporting reports.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with external accounting partners and leadership on financial reporting and processes.
• Maintain accounting systems and records within QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Support operational and financial reporting needs as required.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise (required).
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Ability to manage accounting responsibilities independently as the sole accounting professional onsite.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when working with leadership.
