Job Title: Admissions & Sales Coordinator
Location: Uniondale, NY (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000–$65,000 per year (paid hourly) + performance-based bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Our client is an early-stage home care organization based in Nassau County. It helps families find and arrange in-home care. The team is small and moves fast, and it rewards hard work, celebrates wins, and gives people who deliver results room to grow as the company scales.

About the Role
The company is hiring three Admissions & Sales Coordinators to drive client growth. You’ll be the first person prospective clients and their families talk to. You’ll walk them through the admissions process, build relationships with referral sources in the healthcare community, and follow up consistently so referrals become admissions. The role suits someone who enjoys talking with people, keeps following up, and is motivated by performance.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients and their families and guide them through the admissions process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
• Follow up consistently on referrals to maximize admissions
• Manage multiple opportunities at the same time and keep each one moving
• Learn and master the company’s intake process (training provided)
• Work with the operations team to make sure every client has an exceptional experience

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A persistent, goal-driven approach to follow-up and relationship building
• Strong organization and the ability to manage several priorities at once
• Ability to work on-site in Uniondale, NY, five days a week

Preferred:

• Healthcare industry experience, ideally in home care
• Background as an Intake Coordinator, Admissions Coordinator, or Insurance Verification Specialist, or in a similar patient-facing role
• Experience in a high-volume or performance-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$65,000 annual base (paid hourly)
• Performance-based bonus structure
