General Descriptions of Duties for Accounts Receivable:

• Responsible for applying payments and credit card transactions.
• Prepare, process, verify and distribute invoices.
• Verify and process credit memos and invoice adjustments as needed.
• Research cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts.
• Process and research COD tickets and invoices.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Research tax-exempt qualifications.
• Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets.
• Learn the basic functions of multiple departments.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for Accounts Receivable:

• 2+ years of recent accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter and able to adapt to many different roles.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with high volume accounts receivable
