Provider Enrollment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing provider applications, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate enrollment records. Key Responsibilities

  • Process submitted provider applications and obtain additional information as needed via phone or written communication.
  • Research, validate, and verify provider information to complete enrollment applications.
  • Review supporting documentation for adequacy and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Make final determinations or recommendations on provider applications.
  • Create and update enrollment records in applicable systems.
  • Establish Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for provider Medicare payments.
  • Research and respond to provider enrollment inquiries.
  • Participate in company-sponsored meetings and training sessions.

QualificationsRequired:

  • Education: Bachelors
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role or a position requiring computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Windows-based environments, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in provider enrollment.
  • Previous work in a production-based
