Job Title: Credit and Collections Supervisor
Compensation: $75,000 based off experienced

Job Location:  Melbourne, Fl

Job Summary:

The Credit and Collections Supervisor will support the Accounts Receivable (AR) function by assisting with past-due account collections, managing AR administrative tasks, and ensuring the timely review and release of sales orders. This role requires strong analytical skills to review AR reports and resolve customer disputes, with a focus on maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing credit risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting past-due accounts across all company locations.

• Analyze and resolve customer disputes to improve AR aging.

• Review and release sales orders placed on credit hold.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer collection issues.

• Support the Corporate Credit Manager and Supervisor with AR-related tasks.

• Perform administrative duties and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Credit & Collections.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in SAP.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Corridor Systems.

• Background in the aviation industry.

Work Environment:

• Office setting with standard business hours.
