Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant (Bilingual)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, both in writing and speech. This role involves greeting clients, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients and guests, direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.

Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming schedules.

Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to staff members.

Data Entry: Accurately enter client details and appointment information into systems.

Office Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as necessary.

General Administrative Tasks: Perform tasks such as copying, faxing, scanning documents, and maintaining office cleanliness.
Required Skills:

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
