A luxury residential construction company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team! This is an on-site role in Manhattan with an annual salary of up to $70,000.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in accounts payable experience within the construction industry
• Skilled in using Sage 300 (Timberline)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect COIs for vetting by the insurance broker and track expirations
• Enter POs into Sage 300 and issue them to subcontractors
• Monitor COI approvals and receipt of signed POs
• Validate invoices against POs, enter them into the accounting system, and process payments upon project manager approval
• Address discrepancies and subcontractor inquiries
• Reconcile subcontractor statements
• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed
