Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Pay Rate: $18–$19/hour
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and respond to high volumes of calls and inquiries. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile invoices and payments

• Handle high volumes of vendor calls and emails

• Resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries

• Support month-end AP reporting and records

Requirements:

• 1–3 years AP or accounting experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience with Excel and accounting systems
