Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team in the automotive aftermarket industry. This role will support the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, service-driven industries and a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles across sales, operations, and customer service teams.

Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs.

Employee Relations:
-
Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Maintain and update employee records and HRIS system.

Assist in audits and preparation of compliance documents (EEO, I-9, OSHA, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

Assist employees with benefit enrollment and resolve related inquiries.

Culture & Engagement:

Assist with employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives tailored to a field-based and service-oriented workforce.

Organize company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or distribution environments.

Solid knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
