We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager with pre-litigation experience to support our personal injury practice. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, medical providers, and attorneys to manage cases from intake through settlement. Your ability to keep things organized, communicate effectively, and advocate for clients will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from start to pre-litigation resolution

• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate medical treatment and gather records and bills

• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties

• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations

• Maintain detailed case notes and file documentation in case management software

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a legal or injury claims role

• Proven experience with personal injury case management

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
