Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Preferred
Location: Remote initally then onsite in Orlando 32821 once office opens
Pay: $20–$22/hour

• $22/hour for either bilingual candidates or candidates with a valid 4-40 insurance license

About the Role

We’re looking for two highly motivated and dependable Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. While this role begins as remote, it will transition to on-site work once our new office opens in Orlando, FL 32821 area. Candidates must be local and willing to commute to the office five days per week once it opens.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support to customers through inbound and outbound calls

• Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate customer records

• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

• 4-40 insurance license preferred (but not required)

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus

Schedule & Work Location

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Remote until Orlando office opens (date TBD)

• After office opens: On-site work required, 5 days a week
