In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to ensure cases move smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating EUOs (Examinations Under Oath) and IMEs (Independent Medical Exams) to keeping clients informed about their case progress, you’ll play a key part in supporting people through some of the most important moments in their lives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule EUOs and IMEs, ensuring all parties are properly notified

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their case

  • Request, track, and organize medical records and billing documents

  • Review medical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain well-organized, compliant case files

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of case management or related experience (personal injury experience a plus)

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service abilities

  • A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

  • Availability to start immediately
