Payroll Analyst Full-Time | Onsite
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and committed to providing exceptional support to employees and leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly payroll with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Verify and reconcile attendance, bonuses, and other payroll-related data

Calculate and process statutory deductions (taxes, social security, benefits, garnishments)

Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate employee data (hires, terminations, promotions, compensation changes)

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly

Stay current on payroll regulations and ensure compliance with tax reporting

Generate payroll reports for management, including summaries and reconciliations

Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

Assist with year-end reporting, including W-2 forms and related documentation

Contribute to process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll processing and administration experience

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related office software

Experience with payroll systems such as Paycor, ADP, and Toast

Familiarity with Great Plains or Sage Accounting software preferred
