Hybrid Recruiter — Job Description
About the Role
A Hybrid Recruiter plays a crucial role in talent acquisition by blending remote and in-person recruitment strategies. This position handles the full life-cycle recruiting process — from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding — while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. The hybrid structure allows flexibility, with certain activities conducted remotely and others in-office to foster collaboration and relationship-building. GlassdoorRecruiting Resources
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.

Develop and post compelling job descriptions and manage internal job boards and careers pages.

Build robust candidate pipelines using multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, networking, heads-up sourcing techniques.

Coordinate recruitment workflows for internal mobility and employee referrals.

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers: conduct intake sessions, advise on talent market, and align recruitment approach with business needs.

Conduct both virtual and in-person interviews based on hiring phase and needs.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience by communicating timelines, feedback, and next steps promptly.

Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source metrics) and report on hiring progress and effectiveness

Regularly update hiring dashboards and use applicant tracking systems (ATS) for accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Regularly engage with internal stakeholders and HR teams to ensure alignment and improve processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills; ability to tap into passive and active talent pools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in presenting market insights and recruitment strategies to stakeholders

Organized, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.

Commercially minded and collaborative, with the ability to consult and partner with hiring leaders.

Knowledge of relevant employment laws and best hiring practices.
