Maintenance Technician – Real Estate/Property Management Industry

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting residential apartment and HOA communities in Williamsville, NY. This role is responsible for ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition, handling day-to-day repairs, and providing outstanding service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform unit turns, including general repairs, painting, and cleaning.
• Handle work orders such as fixing sinks, minor carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule (one week every 7 weeks) for nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Previous property management or facilities maintenance experience preferred, not required.
• Hands-on, hardworking, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; must have own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.

Compensation: $20-$29/hr, based on experience.

Interview Process: Onsite interview with CFO, Maintenance Supervisor, and Owner.
