Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to assist with the verification, documentation, packaging, and processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role supports overall warehouse operations by ensuring accurate handling of materials and maintaining an organized inventory of shipping and receiving supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with verifying identification and checking for damages on all incoming and outgoing shipments

• Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Package outgoing shipments securely according to company standards and shipping requirements

• Label, scan, and document shipments to ensure accurate tracking and delivery

• Maintain inventory levels of shipping and receiving materials, and notify supervisor when supplies are low

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as needed

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred

• Basic computer skills and ability to use shipping software and scanners

• Ability to lift and move up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
