Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist with incoming and outgoing customer interactions. This role involves verifying customer information, handling inquiries or concerns, processing service-related documentation, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Verify customer information and address any concerns related to products, orders, or services

• Process customer documentation accurately, including service requests and order updates

• Prepare and track outgoing communications and shipments related to customer orders

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Monitor inventory of customer service materials (forms, supplies, etc.) and restock as needed

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and uphold company service standards

• Other duties as assigned to support the customer service team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills, including email and data entry

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
