Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with experience handling spare parts orders to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the spare parts order process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.

• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide order updates, pricing, and product information.

• Schedule shipments and coordinate resources to meet customer expectations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions.

• Assist with documentation, quotes, and other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience with spare parts orders required.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry highly preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well under pressure.

• Quick learner with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
