Join a dynamic and rapidly growing Plaintiff law firm in Colorado!  You can work anywhere in the state of Colorado. One of the nice things about joining the firm is that you will not have to bring a book of business,  the firm already has enough cases for you to work on.  Although most hearings are via video, some cases will settle, they are looking for an attorney who has trial experience and who will prepare for trial when needed to advocate for the client.  If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, please send me your resume and salary requirements.  Looking forward to hearing from you!

Remember, the firm is seeking an attorney with trial experience who can travel to the court when needed, and an attorney who is ready, willing and able to take a case to trial when absolutely necessary to obtain the best result for the Plaintiff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of Property & Casualty matters from intake through settlement or trial.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
  • Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to ensure timely and effective case management.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and client communication.

Qualifications:

  • Active Member of the Colorado Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Property & Casualty litigation experience.
  • Proven track record of successful case settlements and courtroom advocacy.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, which starts at 120K
  • Bonus structure: 5% of all settled cases.
