Product Acceptance Specialist
Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 100% Onsite

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Acceptance Specialist to support inspection and quality assurance operations. In this role, you will verify product conformance to design requirements, perform inspections using precision tools, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will also review and disposition non-conforming items, monitor processes, and provide support to inspection team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify product conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results

• Perform audits, surveillance, and monitoring activities; document and report discrepancies

• Inspect incoming parts/materials and outgoing orders, ensuring certifications and traceability requirements are met

• Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools

• Review and disposition non-conforming items, certifications, and special orders in compliance with quality standards

• Conduct visual inspections for defects and review certification documentation for accuracy

• Mentor inspection team members and provide guidance on inspection processes

• Obtain and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps as required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with inspection tools (calipers, gauges, comparator, Smart scope)

• Knowledge of QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

• Must be a U.S. Person for export compliance (Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee)

Preferred Skills:

• Previous aerospace inspection experience

• Familiarity with AS9100 requirements

• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Additional Information:

• Shift: 1st Shift | 7 AM – 3 PM or 8 AM – 4 PM

• Overtime: Possible

• Travel: None

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

• This is a physically active role requiring standing throughout the shift
