Accounts Payable Analyst 

Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst with strong SAP expertise to support core AP operations during a short-term assignment. This role focuses on managing vendor accounts, performing reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of AP data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Manage AP aging reports, open items, and outstanding issues

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and financial controls

• Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable

• Assist with documentation, reporting, and ad hoc AP tasks

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP experience in an AP or finance environment

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes (invoice entry, 3-way match, payment runs)

• Proven vendor and account reconciliation skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Effective communication skills

• Prior AP Analyst or AP Specialist experience preferred
