Position Highlights:

• Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday)

• Training: First 2 weeks fully onsite for onboarding and support

• Schedule: Flexible start time – begin as early as 6 AM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the application and renewal of business licenses across multiple jurisdictions

• Prepare and submit sales and indirect tax returns using VERTEX or OneSource

• Handle payment filings with accuracy and timeliness

• Use Excel to create and analyze pivot tables, apply formulas, and organize data efficiently

• Support the tax team by staying organized, meeting deadlines, and picking up new tools quickly
