Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills to support benefits billing and invoice preparation for the Finance team. This role involves working with confidential employee and benefits data, requiring a high level of discretion, accuracy, and professionalism. The individual will be trained on internal systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile benefit invoices for submission to the Finance department

• Review data for accuracy and completeness before invoice processing

• Organize, sort, and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel

• Utilize Excel functions including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and financial information

• Support ongoing data cleanup, validation, and reporting as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or data issues

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic formulas)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Willingness to learn internal systems and billing processes

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Jacksonville Corporate Office
