Own the Process

• Manage payment plan and stipulation collection cases from start to finish.
• Field outbound and incoming calls with professionalism, answering debtor inquiries, explaining account details, and resolving disputes in real-time.
• Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and payment schedules in compliance with applicable laws.

Lead with Initiative

• Conduct skip tracing and investigative research to locate debtors and assets.
• Execute outbound calling campaigns to initiate contact, negotiate settlements, and develop payment plans that work.
• Partner with attorneys to create and execute strategic recovery plans.

Deliver Results

• Keep your case pipeline moving and documented — every call, every payment, every win.
• Balance high-volume call activity with quality case management to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Maintain the highest compliance standards (FDCPA/TCPA) during all phone interactions while aggressively pursuing results.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in collections, creditors’ rights.
• Experience in collections, with a strong emphasis on first-party collections.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successful debt collection, negotiation, and recovery through professional and ethical practices.
