Key Responsibilities
Own the Process

Manage payment plan and stipulation cases from initiation through resolution.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries, explaining account details, and resolving disputes in real time.

Prepare demand letters, settlement agreements, and payment schedules in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Lead with Initiative

Conduct skip tracing and investigative research to locate individuals and relevant assets.

Execute outbound calling efforts to establish contact, negotiate settlements, and structure sustainable payment arrangements.

Collaborate with legal professionals to develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
Deliver Results

Maintain an organized and active case pipeline with thorough documentation of communications, payments, and case progress.

Balance high-volume call activity with detailed case management to optimize recovery outcomes.

Ensure full compliance with all applicable consumer protection and communication regulations during collection activities.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Minimum of three+ years of experience in a litigation or legal support role, with a focus on collections or creditors’ rights.

Demonstrated success in professional, ethical debt collection, negotiation, and recovery.

Strong proficiency with legal software, case management systems, and court filing platforms.

Proven ability to take ownership of tasks with strong follow-through, organization, and initiative.

Hands-on experience with skip tracing tools, databases, and public records research.

Thorough knowledge of federal and industry regulations governing collection practices.

Ability to work effectively within structured, compliance-driven environments.

Strong communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with legal teams, clients, and challenging individuals.
