Ascendo Resources is partnering with a well-established regional law firm client that is seeking a Litigation Associate (3–5 years) to join its growing construction and business litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft motions, conduct discovery, and participate in strategy development
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Collaborate with experienced litigators who value mentorship and professional development

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience (construction or business litigation preferred; insurance defense considered)
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Active South Carolina bar license (additional license in North Carolina and/or Georgia preferred)
