Work style: Field-based with work-from-home time when not in the community
Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility in how you structure your time
What you’ll do:

Door-to-door outreach: Engage residents and small businesses in assigned neighborhoods to introduce broadband internet services and related connectivity options.

Educate and close: Explain service benefits (speed, reliability, value), share promotions, and help customers select the right package.

Hit activity goals: Build a consistent pipeline and achieve monthly connection targets (ramp-up provided during the first 30 days).

Work warm leads: Follow up on provided leads and convert interest into scheduled installations.

Support onboarding: Help ensure new customers have a smooth “day-one” experience by checking in around install time and reinforcing key service information.

Gather local feedback: Conduct quick customer surveys and share insights that improve outreach and customer experience.

Represent locally: Be visible in the community—network, build trust, and create positive word-of-mouth.
What we’re looking for

A people-person who enjoys being out in the community and can connect easily in smaller towns and rural areas

Comfortable with door-to-door sales, handling rejection, and staying motivated by goals

Self-starter who can manage time independently and work a flexible schedule

Tech-savvy with confidence using tools like Microsoft Office and basic CRM/lead tracking systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills, with comfort introducing add-ons/upsells when relevant

Able to walk/stand for long periods and navigate neighborhoods daily

Bilingual is a plus (not required)
Location requirement
Compensation & perks:

Commission: up to $3,125/month paid monthly (target ~$80K OTE/year)

Vehicle allowance: $400/month

Equipment: company laptop (dual-screen setup)

Requirements & screening:

High school diploma/GED required (college preferred)

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance

Must pass drug test (including marijuana)

Must pass background checks (including federal) and motor vehicle record review (7-year lookback)
