We are seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone who can step in immediately and contribute with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and efficiently

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes

• Prepare and assist with offer letters

• Conduct employment verifications and reference checks

• Set up new hires with system logins, workstations, and email accounts

• Facilitate new employee orientation sessions

• Maintain and handle confidential employee information with discretion

• Assist with employee timekeeping records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll processing

• Strong understanding of onboarding and HR administrative procedures

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
