The Inside Sales Representative is a key contributor to business growth, account penetration, and sales profitability. In this role, you’ll manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email, process orders with speed and accuracy, and support customers with product, pricing, and availability information. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service partners across global locations to ensure a smooth customer experience and support revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business within an assigned territory or market segment.
  • Manage multiple priorities such as calls, emails, and data entry while responding to customer requests for product, pricing, and availability details.
  • Monitor quote activity, follow up with prospects, and keep opportunities moving through the pipeline.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by processing inquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, and web-shop questions efficiently and accurately.
  • Partner with internal teams (including asset/pricing stakeholders) to ensure accurate pricing while meeting cost and margin targets.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to strengthen efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and drive.

Experience

  • 2+ years of inside sales or telesales experience.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in an aviation-related or quota-driven environment is a plus.
