Inside Sales Representative
Location: Doral, FL (Onsite)
We are seeking a motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative to support sales growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick sales cycle, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about delivering excellent service to customers.
The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound communication, process orders, provide product information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage high volumes of calls, emails, and data entry while providing product, pricing, and availability information.
• Review quote activity and proactively follow up with customers to drive sales conversions.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate processing of inquiries, orders, and expedite requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Purchasing, Asset Management, and Customer Service to ensure pricing accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of inside sales or telesales experience required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.
• Aviation industry experience or experience in a target-driven environment is a plus.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to perform basic calculations such as discounts and pricing adjustments.
Education:
• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
