Position Summary: 

Entry-Level Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the logistics team in coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining efficient supply chain operations. This role involves communication with vendors, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistical processes.

Location:Doral, FL 33172

Schedule: Morning or Afternoon 

must be availble to work OT if needed

Pay-rate: $21 p/h

Proficient in Excel and Outlook

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all materials coming in and going out of the company.
• Communicate with other departments about deliveries, stock levels, and any issues.
• Help plan and prepare shipments.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Find information on pricing and sources for materials.
• Work with clients on logistics and sourcing needs.
• Count and track inventory.
• Receive and check incoming goods.
• Look for ways to improve processes and save money.
• Follow company policies and safety rules.
