Ascendo Resources is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate, full-time, onsite position!

Our client, a reputable architecture firm, is located in New York City, NY 10155.

The Accounts Payable Specialist must have 1+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience and hold a BA degree in Accounting or a related field.

Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm) (1 hour lunch)

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/year

Benefits: Full-Paid Benefits, healthcare/dental, holidays, 401k, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Bank reconciliations of domestic and foreign currency.
• Code and enter invoices into accounting software promptly.
• Adjust foreign currency wire payments
• Maintain and update vendor records.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Strong understanding of the General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
