Ascendo Resources is partnering with a wonderful law firm client that is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal for their office in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management.
• Conduct legal research.
• Review and summarize legal documents.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Draft, organize, and manage discovery requests and responses.
• Organize, analyze, and draft legal documents.
• Regularly update attorneys on the status of cases and projects.
• Effectively manage and organize caseload.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proficient in both state and federal court procedures.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and exercise strong judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
