Overview:
Join a reputable wealth management firm as a Temporary Client Service Associate. You’ll support financial advisors by ensuring smooth client onboarding, account maintenance, and high-touch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process account openings, transfers, and documentation
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date client information
• Prepare meeting materials and assist with administrative follow-up
• Support internal teams to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• 1+ year in a financial services, wealth management, or CSA role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with custodial platforms (Schwab, Pershing, etc.) is a plus
