Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing and verification of invoices for accuracy and compliance

• Coordinate payment cycles and monitor deadlines to ensure timely vendor payments

• Reconcile account discrepancies and support month-end close activities

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting coursework a plus

• Previous experience handling accounts payable functions in a professional setting

• Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills

• Comfortable working on-site in Coral Gables within a collaborative environment
