What You Will Do

As a Healthcare Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, cold calling and selling qualified candidates on open nationwide contract positions, from short- and long-term vacancies due to staffing shortages and increased needs for our direct clients and Managed Service Provider clients.

Job Duties

  • Partner with Account Managers to identify client needs
  • Use social media networks and job boards to look for and connect with potential candidates
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
  • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
  • Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
  • Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Provide ongoing communication with candidates while on assignment via phone and email
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Negotiate compensation packages with candidates
  • Meet or exceed sales metrics and goals

What We Are Looking for in You

  • Ability to plan, organize, communicate, problem solve, adapt, and make good decisions
  • Able to analyze important information on resumes and determine if candidate is a good fit in a timely and efficient manner
  • Attentively listen to others and adjust to fit the audience and the message
  • Knowledge of general staffing terminology

Must-Haves

  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment
  • No fear of the phone – history of making 60+ phone calls per day
  • High performing individual who is energized and motivated by competition
  • Goal driven and enjoys the financial rewards of sales
  • Track record of success achieving established goals and production requirements
  • Positivity, humor, and an unconquerable desire to persevere through any odds
  • Attentively listen to others and adjust to fit the audience and the message
  • Proficient with computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Benefits and Compensation

  • Highly competitive compensation package – Salary plus commissions - potential 1st year earnings $75K - $85K, 2nd year earnings $100k+
