Temporary AP/AR Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)
Duration: 4 Months (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Availability: Immediate Start Required

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) AP/AR Specialist for a temporary assignment covering a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and receivable, be currently unemployed, and available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle AP/AR processing and reconciliation
• 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Performing inventory-related accounting tasks
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Processing data entry and payment applications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Experience with Redhorse accounting software is a plus, but not required

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting or a related field (minimum requirement)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
