Lighting Showroom Sales Coordinator

About the Role:
We’re seeking a personable and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, thrives in a client-facing environment, and can manage multiple lighting projects from start to finish with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in the showroom, providing expert guidance on lighting products and design solutions
- Manage lighting projects from consultation through order fulfillment, maintaining organized timelines and documentation
- Build and nurture relationships with homeowners, designers, and contractors
- Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and update customer records in showroom software
- Troubleshoot client concerns and provide excellent service with urgency and professionalism
- Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and showroom inventory
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers, order entry systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
