Are you a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing contracts and supporting corporate governance? Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their team and play a key role in maintaining compliance, streamlining legal operations, and supporting organizational integrity.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, located in Orlando, FL, on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents

• Track deadlines and compliance obligations

• Maintain bylaws, policies, and governance records

• Support board meetings, resolutions, and audits

• Conduct research and assist with litigation prep as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of paralegal or legal support experience

• Strong knowledge of contracts and corporate governance

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficiency with legal/contract management tools a plus
